COREOBJECTS LAUNCHES ITS RESERCH AND TECHNOLOGY GROUP
Extends its services offerings to bring deep technology research and rapid prototyping to its customers
Los Angeles, CA, April 15, 2005 – CoreObjects Software, Inc, leading provider of Distributed Cooperative Software Development™ services for commercial software vendors, today announced the launch of its new CoreLabs. Satish Ramakrishnan, CoreObjects’ CTO, is heading up its initial execution.
“CoreObjects has always offered core product development services, from initial market requirements and product strategy through design, architecture, development and deployment,” explained Satish. “But many of our clients have asked us to expand our services to include deep research and rapid prototyping capabilities. We needed to extend our infrastructure and adapt our processes to support these activities, and that’s what we’ve done with the CoreLabs.”
CoreLabs will serve two purposes: 1. providing research services on emerging technologies, as well as building prototypes and proofs-of-concepts, allowing product marketing the opportunity to try out new concepts in the market before recommending an investment in building a full-fledged product, and 2. to create best practices and build a core infrastructure and knowledge base that can be leveraged for either a new endeavors or existing projects.
